二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效及预后分析

Clinical Efficacy and Prognosis of Metformin Combined with Insulin in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes

目的二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗老年糖尿病的临床疗效及预后分析。方法选择该院在2017年5月—2019年5月之间收治的120例患者进行调查与分析,将患者分为2组,每组60例。对比组采用常规治疗方式,实验组运用二甲双胍与胰岛素联合治疗方式。分析两组患者治疗前后血糖改善情况、HbA1c、血脂情况。结果①对比组胰岛素使用剂量和实验组相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(t=10.697,P=0.000);②对比组血糖达标时间和实验组相比较长,两组差异有统计学意义(t=105.772,P=0.000);③对比组空腹血糖水平和实验组相比较高,餐后2 h血糖水平和实验组相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(t=5.068、4.150,P=0.000、0.000);④对比组HbA1c水平和实验组相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(t=3.343,P=0.001)。结论在老年糖尿病病人治疗中,可以采用二甲双胍与胰岛素联合治疗方式,可有效的改善血糖水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of metformin combined with insulin in the treatment of senile diabetes.Methods A total of 120 patients admitted to the department between May 2017 and May 2019 were selected for investigation and analysis.The patients were divided into 2 groups of 60 patients each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with metformin and insulin.Analysis of blood glucose improvement,HbA1c,and lipids before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results 1.The dosage of insulin in the comparison group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=10.697,P=0.000);2.The blood glucose compliance time in the comparison group was longer than that in the experimental group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=105.772,P=0.000);3.The fasting blood glucose level in the comparison group was higher than that in the experimental group,and the blood glucose level at 2 hours after meal was higher than that in the experimental group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=5.068,4.150,P=0.000,0.000);4.The HbA1c level in the comparison group is higher than that in the experimental group,and the differences between the two groups are statistically significant(t=3.343,P=0.001).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly diabetic patients,the combined treatment of metformin and insulin can effectively improve blood glucose levels and improve the treatment effect.
