妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对孕妇及围产儿结局的影响

Impact of Gestational Diabetes Care Interventions on Pregnant and Perinatal Outcomes

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对孕妇及围产儿结局的影响。方法选择该院妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,病例选取为时间2018年1月—2019年1月,选取的病例数为80例。把80例患者按护理方式不同分成对照组40例、实验组40例,对照组患者实施基础的护理模式,实验组40例患者给予护理干预,对孕妇及围产儿结局的影响进行对比分析。结果实验组孕妇入院3 d和入院5 d的空腹血糖及早餐后2 h的血糖水平下降幅度明显快于对照组(P<0.05);实验组围产儿并发症发生率(7.50%)明显低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病护理干预对孕妇及围产儿结局有着良好的效果,能够控制血糖平稳,减少并发症的发生几率。

Objective To analyze the impact of gestational diabetes nursing intervention on the outcome of pregnant women and perinatal infants.Methods The pregnant women with gestational diabetes in the hospital were selected as the research objects.The cases were selected from January 2018 to January 2019.The number of cases selected was 80.The 80 patients were divided into control group 40 and experimental group 40 according to different nursing methods.The control group patients were given basic nursing mode.The experimental group 40 patients were given nursing intervention to compare and analyze the influence of pregnant women and perinatal outcome.Results The fasting blood glucose of the pregnant women in the experimental group for 3 d and 5 d after admission and the blood glucose level for 2 h after breakfast were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05).The perinatal complications(7.50%)in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(25.00%),and the comparison between the two groups difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention for gestational diabetes has a good effect on the outcome of pregnant women and perinatal infants,which can control blood glucose stability and reduce the incidence of complications.
