预见性护理干预对减少糖尿病产妇产后出血的影响

Impact of Predictive Nursing Interventions on Reducing Postpartum Hemorrhage in Diabetic Women

目的对预见性护理干预对减少糖尿病产妇产后出血效果进行分析研究。方法将该院2017年8月—2019年1月期间诊治的124例糖尿病产妇作为研究对象,取得产妇及家属同意后,采取随机的方式将其分为观察组(62例)及对照组(62例)。对照组产妇进行常规护理,观察组产妇进行预见性护理。结果观察组产妇产后出血几率(4.83%)显著低于对照组产妇产后出血几率(19.35%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.854,P=0.018),观察组产妇产后各阶段出血量显著少于对照组产妇产后各阶段出血量,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.677,P=0.002)。结论预见性护理干预能够有效降低糖尿病产妇产后出血几率并减少产后出血量,护理方法安全且疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on reducing postpartum hemorrhage in diabetic women.Methods 124 cases of diabetic women diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2017 to January 2019 were taken as the research objects.After obtaining the consent of the women and their families,they were randomly divided into observation group(62 cases)and control group(62 cases).Women in the control group were given routine nursing care,and those in the observation group were given predictive care.Results The probability of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group(4.83%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(19.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.854,P=0.018).Significantly less than the control group's postpartum hemorrhage at different stages,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.677,P=0.002).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in diabetic women.The nursing method is safe and effective.
