分析无缝隙优质护理干预措施对糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响

Analysis of the Impact of Seamless Quality Nursing Interventions on Blood Glucose Control and Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes

目的探讨分析无缝隙优质护理对糖尿病患者血糖水平及生活质量的影响。方法于2018年10月—2019年10月选取于该院入院治疗的患者150例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组常规护理,研究组无缝隙优质护理,比较分析两组患者治疗前后的血糖水平及生活质量分数。结果护理后对照组FPG(8.13±2.44)mmol/L,OGTT2 hPG(9.18±2.48)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.87±1.56)%,生活质量得分(65.32±10.78)分;研究组FPG(6.22±1.20)mmol/L,OGTT2 hPG(7.26±2.12)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.54±1.10)%,生活质量得分(73.14±12.33)分,两组比较除HbA1c外,其他均差异有统计学意义(t=6.083、5.096、4.135,P<0.05)。结论无缝隙优质护理较常规护理可有效改善患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of seamless quality nursing on blood glucose level and quality of life in patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 150 patients admitted to the hospital for treatment from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,routine care in the control group,seamless high-quality care in the study group,and comparison and analysis of blood glucose levels and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients.Results FPG(8.13±2.44)mmol/L,OGTT2 hPG(9.18±2.48)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.87±1.56)%,quality of life score(65.32±10.78)points;FPG(6.22±1.20)mmol/L in the study group after nursing,OGTT2 hPG(7.26±2.12)mmol/L,HbA1c(6.54±1.10)%,quality of life score(73.14±12.33)points,compared between the two groups,except the level HbA1c,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.083,5.096,4.135,P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless high-quality nursing can effectively improve the blood glucose level and the quality of life of patients compared with conventional nursing.
