手术围手术期护理对合并糖尿病患者低血糖发生率及术后切口愈合的干预作用

Interventional Effect of Perioperative Nursing on the Incidence of Hypoglycemia and Postoperative Incision Healing in Patients with Diabetes

目的探究对合并糖尿病手术治疗患者实施围手术期护理的效果。方法随机将2017年6月—2019年6月该院90例合并糖尿病手术治疗患者分为对照组(45例,应用常规护理)、实验组(45例,应用围手术期护理)。对比两组患者血糖水平、低血糖发生率、术后切口感染率、术后切口愈合时间、住院时间。结果实验组术中血糖水平较对照组更低(P<0.05),且术后切口愈合时间、住院时间较对照组更短(P<0.05);实验组低血糖发生率、术后切口感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对合并糖尿病手术治疗患者实施围手术期护理具有较好的效果,有助于减少低血糖发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus surgery.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,90 patients with diabetic surgery in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group(45 cases,with routine care)and the experimental group(45 cases,with perioperative care).The blood glucose levels,incidence of hypoglycemia,postoperative incision infection rate,postoperative incision healing time,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative incision healing time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of hypoglycemia and postoperative incision infection were lower in the experimental group In the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with diabetes combined with surgical treatment has a good effect and helps reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
