胸外科患者并发糖尿病的临床护理观察

Clinical Nursing Observation of Patients with Thoracic Surgery Complicated with Diabetes

目的分析胸外科患者并糖尿病的护理。方法于2016年7月—2019年8月选择该院胸外科收治的108例肺癌、食管癌并糖尿病患者为研究对象,分成对照组与干预组,分别实施常规护理、围术期护理干预。结果干预组血糖控制达标时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组糖尿病管理知识总掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预用于胸外科并糖尿病患者,可纠正其血糖代谢状态,减少糖尿病相关并发症的形成。

Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with thoracic surgery and diabetes.Methods A total of 108 patients with lung cancer,esophageal cancer,and diabetes admitted to the hospital for thoracic surgery from July 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the intervention group,and the routine nursing and perioperative nursing interventions were performed.Results The blood glucose control time and length of stay in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total grasp rate of diabetes management knowledge in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score after intervention was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for thoracic surgery and diabetic patients can correct their blood glucose metabolism and reduce the formation of diabetes-related complications.
