彩色多普勒超声在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosing Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究分析彩色多普勒超声在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值。方法选取65例该院于2018年3月—2019年5月收治的糖尿病肾病患者,将以上患者设置为研究组,并选择65名在该院进行体检的健康人员设置为对照组。以上两组研究对象经行完全一致的彩色多普勒超声检查,检查完成后对比两组对象空腹血糖、肾脏基本情况以及肾脏各级动脉的血流情况。结果经检查后发现,研究组空腹血糖明显高于对照组,肾脏的长度、宽度、厚度和体积数值均明显大于对照组,研究组肾主动脉(MRA)、肾段动脉(SRA)以及肾锥体两侧叶间动脉(IRA)中收缩期峰值速度(VS)与舒张期最低速度(VD)均低于对照组,阻力指数(RI)明显高于对照组,以上两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过应用彩色多普勒超声检查对糖尿病肾病患者进行诊断,能够清晰并准确地观察到患者肾脏的大小和形态以及其肾各级动脉血流情况,为后期医师的治疗提供有力的数据,进而提高其治疗效率与效果。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-five patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in the hospital from March 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the study group,and 65 healthy persons who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group.The above two groups of subjects underwent identical color Doppler ultrasound examinations.After the tests were completed,the fasting blood glucose,basic conditions of the kidneys,and blood flow of the renal arteries at all levels were compared.Results After examination,it was found that the fasting blood glucose in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The length,width,thickness,and volume of the kidneys were significantly larger than those in the control group.The renal aorta(MRA),renal segment artery(SRA),and kidney in the study group were significantly higher.The peak systolic velocity(VS)and diastolic minimum velocity(VD)of the interlobe arteries(IRA)on both sides of the cone were lower than those of the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was significantly higher than that of the control group.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnosis of patients with diabetic nephropathy by applying color Doppler ultrasound can clearly and accurately observe the size and morphology of patients'kidneys and the arterial blood flow at various levels of the kidneys,providing powerful data for the treatment of physicians in the later stage.Then improve its treatment efficiency and effect.
