浅谈门诊糖尿病患者治疗体会

Talking about the Experience of Treatment of Outpatients with Diabetes

现我国糖尿病呈现高流行、低水平控制状况。分析其原因与患者对糖尿病的认知存在误区、依从性差、药物应用不规范、缺乏规范化管理、基层医院缺乏专科医师等众多因素有关。通过对门诊工作中常见问题进行分析总结,寻找出适合门诊慢病管理方法,以提高糖尿病患者达标率,有效减少及延缓并发症的发生和发展,延长患者寿命。

At present,diabetes in China is showing high prevalence and low-level control.Analysis of the reasons is related to many factors such as misunderstanding of patients'diabetes,poor compliance,non-standard drug application,lack of standardized management,and lack of specialists in primary hospitals.Through the analysis and summary of common problems in outpatient work,we find suitable methods for chronic disease management in outpatients to improve the rate of achieving diabetes standards,effectively reduce and delay the occurrence and development of complications,and extend the life of patients.
