高职艺术设计专业英语课程中ESP教学模式的应用研究

Applied Research on ESP Teaching Mode in the English Course of Art Design Major at Vocational Colleges

高职院校艺术设计专业学生英语学习基础较为薄弱,在英语教学中,学生语言基础与英语教学内容不均衡,学生对英语学习的重要性认识不足。从ESP教学模式概述入手,通过分析高职院校大学英语教学现状,明确ESP教学模式的重要性,探究高校艺术设计专业英语课程中建立ESP教学模式的方法和途径,以期走出高职英语教学的特色之路。

As the English learning foundation of art and design majors at vocational colleges is relatively weak,students’language foundation is not balanced with the teaching content in English teaching,and they do not fully realize the importance of English learning.Starting from an overview of ESP teaching mode,this paper analyzes the current situation of college English teaching at vocational colleges,clarifies the importance of ESP teaching mode,and explores the means and ways to establish the ESP teaching mode with distinctive features in the English course of the art and design major at vocational colleges.
