标准菌株是由国内或国际菌种保藏机构保藏的,遗传学特性得到确认并保证可追溯的菌株。菌株在日常使用中需要采用特定的保藏方法保存,瓷珠菌种保存管是实验室保存菌种的容器,管内的表面凹孔小瓷珠用于细菌的吸附和保存,-20℃或-80℃下可提供干燥、低温、缺营养的环境,使菌株处于“休眠”状态,可长期保存。
