摘要
标准菌株是由国内或国际菌种保藏机构保藏的,遗传学特性得到确认并保证可追溯的菌株。菌株在日常使用中需要采用特定的保藏方法保存,瓷珠菌种保存管是实验室保存菌种的容器,管内的表面凹孔小瓷珠用于细菌的吸附和保存,-20℃或-80℃下可提供干燥、低温、缺营养的环境,使菌株处于“休眠”状态,可长期保存。
The standard strains are preserved by domestic or international strain preservation institutions,and their genetic characteristics are confirmed,guaranteed and traceable.In the daily use of strains,special preservation methods are needed.The ceramic beads preservation tube is a container for preserving strains in the laboratory.There are small ceramic beads with concave holes on the surface in the tube for bacteria adsorption and preservation.When placed at-20℃or-80℃,it can provide a dry,low-temperature and nutrient deficient environment,making the strains in a"dormant"state and longterm preservation.
