摘要
食品安全关乎我国民众的生命健康,保障食品质量是我国食品监督管理相关部门共同的责任。然而,近年来,食品安全问题层出不穷,引起了广大民众的重视与关注,为保障民众的食品安全,国家加大了对于食品监督管理力度,不断革新食品检验检测政策与技术,规范食品检验检测行业的发展。为此本文就食品检验检测质量控制展开探讨,由此为食品安全问题的改善提高借鉴。
Food safety is related to people’s life and health in China,and it is the common responsibility of food supervision and management departments in China to ensure food quality.However,in recent years,food safety problems emerge in an endless stream,which attracts the attention and concern of the general public.In order to ensure the food safety on the people’s table,the state has strengthened the management of food supervision and management,constantly innovated the policy and technology of food inspection and detection,and standardized the development of food inspection and detection industry.Therefore,this paper discusses how to strengthen the quality control of food inspection and detection,so as to improve the food safety.
