摘要 随着社会生活的发展及生活节奏的加快,形形色色的方便食品得到了更多人的青睐,方便食品携带方便、烹饪简单,储藏起来更加方便,购买也更加便捷,越来越多新型的方便食品逐渐成为热门食品,尤其是以自热小火锅、自热米饭为首的食品。但方便食品如果加工或储藏不当,也会存在营养问题和卫生问题。本文从方便食品的特点出发,探讨其中的营养与卫生问题,希望引起行业与消费者的重视,从而进行产业的升级与完善,助推方便食品的稳健发展。 With the development of social life and the acceleration of life rhythm,all kinds of convenience foods are favored by more people.Convenient foods are not only convenient to carry,easy to cook,more convenient to store,and more convenient to buy.More and more new convenience foods have gradually become popular,especially foods headed by selfheating small hot pot and self-heating rice.However,if the convenience food is not processed or stored properly,there will also be some nutritional and hygienic problems.This article will start from the characteristics of convenience foods,discuss the nutrition and hygiene issues,and hope to attract the attention of the industry and consumers,so as to upgrade and improve the industry and promote the steady development of convenience foods.
