地方特色花椒标准化情况研究

江津花椒是重庆市江津区最具特色的支柱产业,是农民增收致富的主导产业,年种植面积达33333 hm2左右,年产值达32.8亿元。但由于人为管理和气候环境因素影响,椒农在用药过程中很难把控和追溯,基本依靠农资经销商的引导,没有形成标准的管理措施,从而导致花椒在农药的使用及生产管理上发展不平衡,针对这一因素,本文对江津花椒在农药使用及检测过程进行了系列调研,对江津花椒的发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

Jiangjin sichuan pepper is the most characteristic pillar industry in jiangjin district of chongqing,is the leading industry of increasing farmers’income and getting rich,with an annual planting area of more than 33333 hm2 and an annual output value of 3.28 billion yuan.But as a result of human management and climate factors,pepper farmers in the process of drug use is difficult to control and trace,basically rely on the guidance of agricultural materials dealers,no standardized management measures,resulting in prickly ash in the use of pesticides and production management development not balanced,according to this factor,This paper process of metro prickly ash in pesticide use and test conducted a series of research,help to promote the development of metro prickly ash has very important practical significance.
