3,5-二溴-2-氨基吡嗪的绿色合成工艺

摘要 以价廉易得的2-氰基吡嗪为起始原料,经过水解、霍夫曼重排、脱羧、溴代连续反应得到3,5-二溴-2-氨基吡嗪。产物结构经H NMR和MS确认,与标准图谱相符。本工艺反应时间短,反应条件温和,具有较高的应用价值。 Using inexpensive and easily available 2-cyanopyrazine as the starting material,3,5-dibromopyrazin-2-amine was obtained through hydrolysis,Huffman rearrangement,decarboxylation and continuous bromination.The structure of the product was confirmed by H NMR and MS,which was consistent with the standard spectrum.The process has short reaction time and mild reaction conditions,and has high application value.
