滨州大口河海域四种养殖贝类质量安全评价

Quality and Safety Evaluation of Four Kinds of Cultured Shellfish in the Sea Area of Dakou River,Binzhou

滨州大口河流域培育的近江牡蛎苗种、毛蚶苗种、渤海红扇贝、美洲帘蛤等进行了检测,对贝体中有毒有害物质(Cr、Pb、总汞、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、六六六、滴滴涕、多氯联苯(PCBs)、多环芳烃(PAHs)、呋喃唑酮代谢物(A0X)、呋喃西林代谢物(SEM)、呋喃妥因代谢物(AHD)、呋喃它酮代谢物(AM0D)、氯霉素、大肠杆菌)的含量进行分析,结果表明:四种养殖贝类产品体内各种有毒有害物质的残留量符合相关标准的要求,质量指数范围在0.16-0.58,食用较为安全。近江牡蛎和美洲帘蛤的水平等级为1级,表明两种贝类总体处于优良的水平,基本未受上述污染物的污染;渤海红扇贝的质量指数为0.58,水平等级为3级,总体处于较好水平;毛蚶苗的水平等级为2级,质量状况处于良好水平。

The contents of toxic and harmful substances(Cr,Pb,total mercury,deltamethrin,Cypermethrin,fenvalerate,BHC,DDT,PCBs,PAHs,AOX,SEM,AHD,AMOD,chloramphenicol and Escherichia coli)in the seedlings and aldults shellfish such as Ostrea rivularis,Scapharca subcrenata,"Bohai hong"scallop and Mcrccnaria mcrccnaria were analyzed.The results indicated that the residues of all kinds of toxic and harmful substances in four kinds of cultured shellfish met the requirements of relevant standards,and the quality index ranged from 0.16 to 0.58,so it was safe to eat.The level of Ostrea rivularis and Mercenaria mercenaria was level 1,which indicates that the two kinds of shellfish were in a good level,basically not polluted by the above pollutants;the quality index of "Bohai hong"scallop was 0.58,and the level was level 3,which was in an accepted level.The quality of Scapharca suberenata was in good condition.
