摘要
目的研究新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医治疗方案,为疫病的防治提供治疗思路。方法挖掘《温热病指南集》中的风温理论,并结合岭南地区的环境特点,将这一理论运用于新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊治。结果新型冠状病毒肺炎是冬春季节感受风热病邪而致的新感温病,肺胃功能失常,气机失调是风温病的基本病机。结论在《温热病指南集》风温理论的指导下,针对肺胃功能失常治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎有良好的效果。
Objective To provide new methods for the prevention and treatment of Covid-10 by analyzing the TCM therapies. Method To explore the wind-warm theory in Guide to Febrile Diseases, and apply this theory in the treatment of Covid-19 in accordance with the climate in Lingnan area. Result Covid-19 is caused by the wind-heat evil in winter and spring, so the dysfunction of lung and stomach and disharmony in qi activity are the basic pathogenesis. Conclusion The treatment targeting the dynsfunction of lung and stomach is effective in treating the Covid-19.
