摘要
[目的]调查分析我国维和部队官兵对自救互救训练重要性的认知情况。[方法]参考我军陆军训练大纲的训练和考核标准和《联合国特派团卫勤保障手册》设计自救互救技术现状调查表并对南苏丹维和官兵进行现状调查和统计分析。[结果]对自救互救技术了解程度的比较调查结果显示步兵营、工兵分队和医疗分队对六项技术全部了解的比例分别为82.02%、56.65%和77.77%,三组总体差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05);对六项技术掌握程度的比较显示步兵营、工兵分队和医疗分队对六项技术全部掌握的比例分别为69.98%、39.60%和57.40%,三组总体差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05);对自救互救训练的重要性的分析显示步兵营、工兵分队和医疗分队在自救互救重要性的认同上是非常一致的,认为重要和十分重要的官兵比例分别为98.85%、99.50%和98.15%,差异无显著性统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]驻南苏丹三支维和分队自救互救技术培训的认知程度有明显差别,步兵营最好、医疗分队次之、工兵分队最低。
[Objective]To investigate the cognition of self-rescue and mutual rescue training among peacekeepers in South Sudan,.[Methods]Based on the training program and assessment standards of PLA army,and the United Nations Mission Medical Support Manual,a questionnaire survey on cognition of self-rescue and mutual rescue training were conducted in peacekeepers.[Results]In term of understanding to self-rescue and mutual rescue techniques,the complete comprehending was of82.02%in the infantry battalion,56.65%in the engineering unit and 77.77%in the medical unit,which proved statistically significant(P<0.001).In addition,the level attained to the 6 skills was of 69.98%in the infantry battalion,39.60%in the engineering unit and 57.40%in the medical unit,which was of statistical significance(P<0.05).However,the importance recognized to the 6 skills became of strong consistency among the 3 units,with 98.85%in the infantry battalion,99.50%in the engineering unit and 98.15%in the medical unit without a statistically difference(P>0.05).[Conclusion]There are significant differences in the cognitive levels of self-rescue and mutual rescue training among the three peacekeepers in South Sudan,which are ranked in the sequence up-down as the infantry battalion,the medical unit and the engineering unit.
