A Review of Poverty Vulnerability Measurement Theory

为了区分测度贫困脆弱性的维度及维度间的相互关系,文章通过总结并评述贫困脆弱性领域内的三类概念和测度方法在测度贫困脆弱性前瞻性方面的优劣,分析贫困脆弱性的相关理论基础,在对已有相关研究成果评述的基础上,梳理总结出三项基础性理论:贫困动态理论、农户风险行为理论和不确定性消费理论,这些理论对贫困脆弱性理论研究有一定的启发意义。

In order to distinguish and measure the dimensions of vulnerability to poverty and their interrelations, this paper summarizes and comments on the advantages and disadvantages of the three categories of concepts and measurement methods in the field of poverty vulnerability in the prospective measurement of poverty vulnerability, and then makes analyses on the relevant theoretical basis of poverty vulnerability. Finally, on the basis of the review of the existing research results, the paper summaries three basic theories: the poverty dynamic theory, the peasant risk behavior theory and the uncertainty consumption theory. These theories have certain enlightening significance for the theoretical research on poverty vulnerability.
