摘要
基于生产、生活、生态空间的互动关系及其耦合协调机制,构建“三生空间”功能评价指标体系,对大连、青岛、宁波、厦门和深圳等5个沿海中心城市2005-2017年“三生空间”的耦合-协调水平及其演进特征进行比较分析。结果表明:5个沿海中心城市“三生空间”的耦合-协调水平不高,城市的生产空间功能、生活空间功能、生态空间功能差异明显。沿海中心城市应当采取差异化的发展策略,制定符合城市自身特点的产业政策和发展规划,在生态环境承载力范围内通过提升产业效率、优化产业结构,探索适应当地自然生态条件的产业类型和发展模式,从而提升居民的生活质量和幸福感,实现“三生空间”的耦合-协调发展。
Based on the interaction among the economic,social and natural systems reflected by the production-living-ecological space and their coupling and coordination mechanism,this paper constructs the function evaluation index system of production-living ecological space,and makes a comparative analysis on the coupling coordination level and evolution characteristics of the production-living-ecological space of five coastal central cities in China from 2005 to 2017.The results indicate that the coupling coordination level of production-living-ecological space of the five coastal central cities is in a low state,and there are signifcant differences in the functions of production space,life space and ecological space.The coastal central cities should adopt differentiated development strategies,formulate industrial policies and development plans in line with the city's own characteristics,and explore industrial types and development models that adapt to the local natural and ecological conditions by improving industrial efficiency and optimizing industrial structure within the scope of ecological environment bearing capacity,so as to improve the quality of life and well-being of residents,and realize coupling coordination of production-living-ecological space.
