摘要
覆盖村镇地域农林牧生产空间和自然空间的各类要素蕴藏着多种生态系统服务功能,其功效的保持与维护是人类聚居与从事活动的基本准则。本研究以实施镇域空间管制为导引,契合生态系统服务功能,以国土空间规划“双评价”思路为统领,借助空间信息技术平台,综合集成遥感、实地调查、经济统计等多元数据,应用多因子空间分析与逻辑判别矩阵方法优化传统以建设适宜性评价为核心评测标准的空间管制方法,校核、修正并细化区划结果,将镇域空间划分为禁建区、限建区(禁限区、建设发展区)、适建区(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ),并将五大连池镇作为案例进行分析,以期为镇域空间开发建设与实施管理提供理论借鉴与技术支持。
In rural areas,all kinds of factors in production space and natural space of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry have ecological services function.The promotion and maintenance of its value is the principle of human settlement and activities.This study is guided by the implementation of space control coupled with ecosystem service function.And the study is based on spatial information technology,comprehensive integration of remote sensing,field survey,economic statistics and other multivariate data.The paper takes Wudalianchi as the case,and uses multifactor spatial analysis method and logical discriminant matrix to improve the traditional method which takes construction suitability evaluation as core standard assessment to check,correct and refine the results of the partition,and divide the township space into a forbidden zone,a restricted zone(forbidden zone,construction expansion zone),and a suitable zone(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)to provide theoretical reference and technical support for the development and construction of towns.
