摘要
高压断路器操动机构中的电磁铁部分负责将电信号转化成机械信号,分合闸电磁铁能否正常运行影响着断路器的可靠性,为保证电磁铁的运行可靠性,需要对电磁铁的动作特性进行研究。文中以某高压断路器合闸电磁铁为例,介绍了合闸电磁铁的主要结构和工作原理,利用有限元分析软件Maxwell建立了合闸电磁铁的三维瞬态模型,并仿真分析了合闸电磁铁动作过程中各部分磁场分布、动铁心运动情况以及线圈电流变化情况;同时,通过实验测量高压断路器合闸电磁铁运动过程中合闸线圈中的线圈电流,将实验测得的线圈电流与仿真结果进行了比较。实验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性。
The electromagnet part of the operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker is responsible for converting electrical signals into mechanical signals.Whether the opening and closing electromagnets can normally operate affects the reliability of the circuit breaker,in order to ensure the operating reliability of the electromagnet,it is necessary to study the motion characteristics of the electromagnet.Taking the closing electromagnet of one type high voltage circuit breaker as an example,this paper introduces the main structure and working principle of closing electromagnet,and how to use the finite element analysis software to establish a 3D transient model of the closing solenoid,and use the software to calculate the magnetic field distribution,moving iron core movement,and coil current change of each part during the operation of the closing electromagnet.At the same time,the coil current in the closing coil during the movement of the closing electromagnet of the high-voltage circuit breaker was experimentally measured,and the measured coil current was compared with the simulation result to verify the accuracy of the simulation result.
