摘要 随着我国经济实力和社会水平的不断提高,作为重要能源的石油的需求量也在持续增长,无论是从国外进口还是自主生产的石油,均需要设置储罐进行长期或短期的储存,因此罐区的安全稳定运行对于石油的正常供给发挥着至关重要的作用。本文通过危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析和保护层分析(LOPA)方法对油品罐区工艺存在的风险进行识别,从定性和半定量的角度得出风险评估的结论,进一步完善油品罐区工艺的安全措施,保证油品罐区工艺风险处于可接受范围内。 With the continuous improvement of our country’s economic strength and social level, the demand for oil that is an important energy source is also growing. Whether imported from abroad or independently produced,oil must be loaded in tanks for long-term or short-term storage. Therefore, the safe and stable operation of the oil tank plays an important role in the normal supply of oil. In this paper, hazard and operability(HAZOP) analysis and protection layer analysis(LOPA) are used to identify the risks in the process of oil tank. And the conclusions of risk assessment are drawn from the qualitative and semi-quantitative point of view, so as to further improve the safety measures of oil tank process and ensure that the process risks in oil tank can be tolerated.
