摘要 传统的雷达收发组件测试系统校准方案是利用校准件在SMA端面校准,再通过算法修正到夹具的测试端面。雷达收发组件测试系统是多通道测试结构,测试过程中辅助夹具采用直插式SMP接口。SMP接口插拔次数有限,超过使用次数,性能状态不能保证。受使用寿命的限制,测试过程中需要经常更换辅助夹具转接器并再次整机校准,以保证测试精度。传统的校准方案中多通道手动校准效率较低,频繁校准对校准件使用频次高,缩短了校准件使用寿命。通过对雷达收发组件测试系统校准方案的研究,综合运用去嵌入技术等多种校准技术,设计了一种新型校准方案。新型校准方案采用分步校准的方法,解决了校准过程无法自动化的难题,提升了的校准效率,减少了人力和成本,能够产生良好的经济效益。 Traditional calibration plan for Radar RF Test System is corrected by algorithm after calibrating on the test end face with calibration kit. The Radar RF Test System designing with multiple-channel structure uses auxiliary fixture with direct insertion SMP port. As limited times for inserting and pulling out, the SMP port is unable to guarantee their electrical properties if exceeding the limited times. During test, the Radar RF Test System often changes its fixture considering of limited times and then calibrates itself wholly to guarantee its testing accuracy. Manual calibration efficiency is too low to calibrate Radar RF Test System, and continual calibration may shorten the using life of calibration kit. By research of the calibration plan for Radar RF Test System, we design and equip a new type of calibration plan with integrated de-embedding calibration technology and smart calibration technology. The new calibration plan divided into steps automates the calibration to promote the efficiency, meanwhile reducing the labor cost and also improving economic benefits.
