摘要 为克服传统的比例积分(PI)控制器参数整定方法在无刷直流电机控制中存在精度低、抗干扰能力弱等缺点,提出了一种基于粒子群-引力(PSO-GSA)算法的模糊PI控制器设计方法。PSO-GSA算法融合了PSO算法的全局开发能力和GSA算法的局部探索性能,具有更加优异的最优值搜索能力。将PSO-GSA算法用于优化模糊PI控制器的量化因子和比例因子,实现了模糊控制对PI控制器的实时、高精度调节。仿真和实验表明,该方法可以使得无刷直流电机控制有较好的稳定性和鲁棒性,电机转速控制的精度有显著提高。 To overcome some defects of traditional tuning methods of the proportional integral controller on precision and disturbance, a PSO-GSA algorithm based design method was proposed for the fuzzy PI controller of the brushless DC motor system. By combining the global exploring ability of PSO with the local exploiting ability of GSA, the PSO-GSA algorithm performed an excellent optimum searching ability. The PSO-GSA algorithm was then used for the optimization of the quantization factor and scale factor of the fuzzy PI controller, thus a real-time and high-precision regulator was achieved for the fuzzy PI controller. The simulations and experiments show that better stability and robustness can be obtained for the brushless DC motor control system with this method, and the accuracy of the speed control can be significantly improved.
