摘要 为了建立准确的发动机仿真模型,航空发动机部件特性图的准确性至关重要。基于某型涡扇发动机试车台数据,在耦合法修正发动机通用部件特性图的基础上,采用牛顿迭代法对发动机部件特性图进行多点匹配修正,并利用基于MATLAB/Simulink仿真环境自主建立的发动机稳态模型,进行发动机设计点与非设计点的性能参数计算。利用发动机试车台数据与模型计算结果进行对比,结果表明:各站位主要测量参数平均建模误差由5.163 7%降低到多点匹配后的0.529 7%;最大误差满足稳态模型误差小于3%的模型精度要求。可见修正后的发动机部件特性图精度明显提高,满足工程应用需求。 Engine component maps are critical for the precise engine modeling. The map contains all performance parameters in the whole flight envelope. Based on the engine test cell data, the design point was firstly adapted to the engine test cell data by scaling factors, the component maps correction of multiple points matching was made accordingly by N-R iteration. A steady-state engine performance model was created in MATLAB/Simulink, and both the design and off-design performance parameters were calculated with the model. The comparison was conducted between the test cell data and the calculation result. The results show that the differences of multiple test points decrease from 5.163 7% to 0.529 7%, and the maximum deviation is under 3%. The precision of the corrected component map is improved, and it can meet the engineering requirement.
