三螺旋模式下全行业集聚效应对协同创新效率的影响研究--基于空间杜宾模型的实证分析

Research on the Impact of Industry-wide Clustering Effect on Collaborative Innovation Efficiency Under the Triple Helix Model --An Empirical Analysis Based on Spatial Dubin Model

本文利用2009~2018年中国省级面板数据,构建空间计量模型,分析全行业的集聚效应对我国多主体协同创新效率的影响。研究发现:随着三螺旋协同创新模式的建立,作为区域内创新主体集聚的科学研究和技术服务业,对协同创新效应的影响程度与显著性都有所提高。交通运输和公共管理等基础保障行业的集聚加快创新资源的流动,能在一定程度上促进协同创新效率的提升。此外,信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业等行业在协同创新进程中逐渐表现出显著的正向贡献,侧面反映了新兴行业的出现与产业结构升级对于协同创新的重要性。最后依据实证结果,提出相关政策建议,以提高区域协同创新效率。

This article uses the provincial panel data of China from 2009 to 2018 to construct a spatial econometric model,analyzes the impact of the industry’s agglomeration effect on the efficiency of China’s multi-agent collaborative innovation.The study finds that:as the scientific research and technical service industry in which the innovation main body gathers in the region,with the establishment of the triple helix collaborative innovation model,the degree and significance of the effect on collaborative innovation have increased.The aggregation of basic guarantee industries such as transportation and public management can accelerate the flow of innovation resources,and promote the efficiency of collaborative innovation to a certain extent.In addition,industries such as information transmission,software and information technology service industries have gradually shown significant positive contributions in the process of collaborative innovation,reflecting the importance of emerging industries and the upgrading of industrial structure for collaborative innovation.Finally,based on empirical results,they propose relevant policy recommendations to improve the efficiency of regional collaborative innovation.
