人力资本结构高级化对产业结构升级的影响研究--基于中国省级面板数据

Research on the Impact of Human Capital Structure Upgrading on Industrial Structure Upgrading --Based on Provincial Panel Data

本文基于2001~2018年中国30个省级面板数据,通过人力资本结构高级化指数和产业结构升级系数的构建及实证研究,分别从全国层面和东、中、西部三大地区层面检验人力资本结构高级化对产业结构升级的影响。结果显示:全国层面,人力资本结构高级化显著促进了产业结构升级;区域层面,人力资本结构高级化对东部地区产业结构升级的促进效用高于西部,且对中部地区产业结构升级无显著促进效用;此外,人力资本结构的高级化对地区产业结构升级的影响受地区产业发展水平影响,地区产业发达程度与人力资本高级化的边际增效同向变动。

Based on the data of 30 provincial panels in China from 2001 to 2018,this paper uses human capital structure upgrading index and industrial structure upgrading coefficient and empirical research to test the impact of the human capital structure upgrading on industrial structure upgrading at the national level and the regional level respectively.The results show that:at the national level,the human capital structure upgrading has significantly promoted the upgrading of the industrial structure;at the regional level,the human capital structure upgrading has a greater promotion effect on the industrial structure upgrading in the eastern region than in the west,and has no significant promotion effect on the industrial structure upgrading in the central region.In addition,the impact of the human capital structure upgrading on the upgrading of regional industrial structure is affected by the level of regional industrial development.Marginal efficiency of regional industrial development and the human capital structure upgrading have changed in the same direction.
