摘要
光电催化分解水制氢技术是目前最有前景的清洁利用太阳能的技术之一,其气体产物主要以气泡的形式输运,气泡的演化规律和动态行为特性影响着系统的传热传质及化学反应速率。本文通过搭建光电催化分解水气泡动态行为可视化实验平台,研究了气泡在水平电极表面的演化规律,探讨了气泡在表面化学反应控制下的生长机理;进一步提出了一种通过外部斩光调控气泡动态行为的方法,发现节律性斩光可使气泡在水平电极表面发生弹跳,并得到了弹跳气泡的动力学特性;通过控制电子快门开关时间调节气泡弹跳特性,得到了气泡返回次数和生长时间在不同斩光模式下的变化规律.
Hydrogen production by photoelectrochemical water splitting becomes one of the most promising clean solar energy technologies.The gas products are mainly transported in the form of bubbles,the evolution and dynamic behaviors of bubbles affect the heat and mass transfer and chemical reaction rate of the system.In this paper,an experimental system for visualizing the dynamic behaviors of oxygen bubbles during photoelectrochemical water splitting was built.The bubble evolution on the horizontal photoelectrode surface was studied,and the bubble growth mechanism controlled by surface chemical reaction was discussed.Furthermore,a method to regulate the dynamic behaviors of bubbles by external chopping was proposed.It was found that the rhythmic chopping caused the bubbles to bounce on the horizontal surface,and the dynamic characteristics of the bouncing bubbles were obtained.The bouncing characteristics of bubbles were regulated by adjusting the electronic shutter switch time,the variation of the number of bubble returns and growth time under different chopping modes were obtained.
