不同温度下泡沫混凝土热物理性能的研究 被引量:7

Investigation on Thermophysical Properties of Foamed Concrete at Different Temperatures

摘要 为研究不同温度下聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫混凝土热物理性能参数的变化规律,使用ISOMET2114便携式传热分析仪测试了不同温度下(-10~40℃)泡沫混凝土的导热系数、比热容和热扩散系数;同时,通过改变掺入EPS的体积分数,研究EPS泡沫混凝土热物理性能的变化规律,探究EPS对泡沫混凝土保温性能的影响机理。结果表明:温度对于泡沫混凝土的热物理性能有着显著影响,随温度的升高,泡沫混凝土的导热系数及比热容随之增大,而热扩散系数呈下降趋势;而随掺加的EPS颗粒体积分数的增大,泡沫混凝土的导热系数和热扩散系数先减小再增大,比热容先增大后减小;同时,泡沫混凝土的热物理特性是其干密度的函数,其导热系数随干密度的降低而降低。 In order to study the change regulation of thermophysical properties of Expanded polystyrene(EPS)foamed concrete under different temperature.The thermophysical properties,such as thermal conductivity,thermal diffusivity and specific heat capacity of EPS foamed concrete was measured by the instrument ISOMET2114 under different temperature conditions(-10~40℃).The thermophysical characteristics of EPS foamed concrete with different EPS volumes under different temperatures are analyzed,and explore the influence mechanism of EPS particles on the thermal insulation performance of foamed concrete.The experimental results exhibited that the temperature has a significant effect on the thermophysical properties of foamed concrete,the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of foamed concrete increases but the specific heat capacity decrease with increasing temperature.The thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity firstly decreased and then increased,and the thermal diffusivity of foamed concrete firstly increased and then decreased as the EPS volume increases.Also,thermophysical properties is a function of density,a lower density results in a lower thermal conductivity value.
