中青年男性急性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉支架置入术后性生活状况的研究

Investigation of sexual activities among young and middle-aged male patients with acute myocardial infarction after coronary stent implantation

目的探讨中青年男性心肌梗死患者冠状动脉支架置入术后性生活状况及其影响因素。方法选取2013年1月至2017年6月解放军第909医院暨厦门大学附属东南医院收治的急性心肌梗死患者236例,冠状动脉支架术后6个月随访时,对其中68例青年男性患者进行问卷调查,内容包括一般信息和性生活状况,性生活状况包括性欲强度(0~10标尺计分法)、每月性生活次数、术后恢复性生活时间、勃起功能障碍、性生活满意度(0~10标尺计分法)等,并采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)和抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)进行评测。结果与心肌梗死之前相比,术后患者恢复性生活时间平均为(2.3±1.8)个月,性欲明显下降[(5.4±2.6)分比(6.8±3.8)分,P<0.05],每月性生活次数明显下降[(1.8±1.6)次比(4.6±2.3)次,P<0.05],勃起功能障碍发生率明显升高(23.5%比8.8%,P<0.05),性生活满意度明显下降[(4.6±2.4)分比(7.1±3.8)分,P<0.05]。术后患者HAMA评分为[(27.1±5.8)分,HAMD评分为(31.6±6.1)分。结论心肌梗死及冠状动脉支架置入术对中青年患者性生活产生明显的负面影响,应当进行积极干预。

Objective To study the status of sexual activity among young and middle-aged male patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after coronary stent implantation.Methods A total of 68 patients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire which include baseline characteristic and status of sexual activities.Sexual activities included sexual desire,monthly frequency of sexual life,time of recovery of sexual life after operation,erectile dysfunction and degree of sexual life satisfaction.At six-month follow-up,the patients were also tested by Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Results Average time of recovery of sexual activity was(2.3±1.8)months.At six-month followup,the score of sexual desire decreased[(5.4±2.6)vs.(6.8±3.8),P<0.05],monthly frequency of sexual life decreased[(1.8±1.6)times vs.(4.6±2.3)times,P<0.05],and degree of sexual life satisfaction also decreased[(4.6±2.4)vs.(7.1±3.8),P<0.05],while the incidence of erectile dysfunction increased(23.5%vs.8.8%,P<0.05)compared with those before AMI.The score of HAMA was 27.1±5.8,the score of HAMD was 31.6±6.1.Conclusions AMI and subsequent stent implantation have adverse influence on sexual activities among young and middle-aged male patients.
