摘要
针对飞机大部件装配间隙测量展开研究,以摄影测量-光学扫描相结合的测量技术为基础,提出了大部件装配对接间隙测量方法,该方法以摄影测量点作为部件装配对接面的位姿约束,将装配后的摄影测量带位姿变换矩阵作为对接面点云的装配位姿,克服了封闭环境间隙测量的难题。通过试验验证了算法的可行性,实现了装配现场的间隙自动化测量。
The gap measurement of assembly of large parts of aircraft is studied. Based on the measurement technology combining photogrammetry and optical scanning, the gap measurement model of assembly of large parts is proposed. This method takes the photogrammetric point as the pose constraint of the docking plane, and takes the assembled photogrammetric matrix as the pose of the docking plane cloud, so as to overcome the problem of gap measurement in closed environment. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by experiments, and the gap measurement in the assembly field is realized automatically.
