摘要
基于某大涵道比宽弦复合弯掠风扇叶型设计特点,针对弦向最大相对厚度分布、叶尖稠度、掠形等气动设计参数,开展了径向变形协调敏感性研究。研究结果表明,风扇叶片径向变形分布对叶片掠形沿发动机轴向的分布最为敏感,最大相对厚度分布和叶尖稠度的调整主要影响风扇叶尖径向变形数值,但对于叶片变形趋势影响较小;叶尖稠度的改变有利于风扇叶片径向变形协调,但收益较小;通过调整最大相对厚度分布和叶片中上部掠形,能够较好地解决风扇叶片径向变形协调问题,并优化设计出满足径向变形协调要求的风扇叶片设计方案。
Based on a high-bypass fan with complex sweep and bend, the radial displacement sensitivity analysis was done on the aerodynamic design parameter, including the distribution of the maximum relative depth in the chord/tip solidity/sweep. The result shows that, the radial displacement trend and value of fan blade is sensitive to the axial distribution of the fan sweep;and the change of the blade dense and maximum relative depth mainly contribute to the radial displacement value of fan blade. The gaining from the change of the blade dense is less than from the other two. The radial displacement cooperation in harmonic can be achieved with the adjustment of the relative depth distribution and the blade sweep, and a better fan blade with rational radial displacement can be designed through this way.
