摘要
本文从导叶调节机构的作动力、操纵杆刚度、联动环刚度、连杆长度、装配工艺等方面对影响涡轴发动机导叶调节结构设计因素进行分析.分析结果表明:零件间配合、安装方式和装配工艺影响着导叶调节机构的摩擦阻力,进而影响机构作动力,作动力过大会加大操纵杆和联动环的变形,从而影响着导叶的调节精度。
Based on the acting force of guide vane regulating mechanism, joystick stiffness, joint ring stiffness, length of connecting rod, assembly process, the influencing factors on adjusting precision of turboshaft engine guide vane angle were analyzed. The results show that the fit between parts, installation and assembly process affect the frictional resistance of adjusting mechanism and affect acting force. The acting force would increase the deformation of joystick and joint ring and affect the adjusting precision of guide vane.
