摘要
针对TC4钛合金蒙皮骨架结构件开展了焊接技术研究。通过优化工艺流程,解决了蒙皮骨架结构电阻点焊飞溅、激光焊焊缝质量及焊后尺寸精度控制等技术难点,保证了该产品焊缝质量及尺寸精度要求。
The welding technology of TC4 titanium alloy skinned skeletal structure was studied. Through the design and optimization of the process, the technical difficulties such as resistance spot welding splash of skin-skeletal structure, weld quality of laser welding and dimensional accuracy control after welding are solved. The requirements of weld quality and dimensional accuracy of the product are ensured.
