4月20日最高人民法院印發《關於依法妥善審理涉新冠肺炎疫情民事案件若干問题的指導意見(一)》(以下简稱《意見》),為人民法院依法妥善審理涉新冠肺炎疫情民事案件,维護人民群眾合法權益,维護社會和經濟秩序,維護社會公平正義,提出十條具體措施。最高人民法院相關負責人就《意見》回答了媒體問题。
