摘要
自香港回歸以来,最高人民法院舆香港特區司法法律界在司法協助领域全面貫徹落實《中華人民共和國香港特别行政區基本法》(以下簡稱《基本法》),構建并完善中國特色區際司法協助體系。一、在司法協助领域貫徹落實《基本法》,背景和依據香港回歸祖國以来,兩地人员交往日益频繁密切,經贸合作不断拓展深化,由此產生了數量日渐增多、類型日益多元的兩地互涉法律糾紛。這對兩地之間開展司法協助提出了现實需求。
Since Hong Kong's reunification with the motherland,the Supreme People's Court and the judicial and legal circles of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have fully implemented the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Admiisrrative Region of the People's Republic of China(hereinaftcr referred to as the Basic Law)in the field of judicial assistance,and have constructed and complemented the interregional judicial assistance system with Chinese characteristics.
