摘要
目的:比较联合压缩感知(uCS)与并行成像技术在乳腺MRI中的应用效果。方法:搜集40例女性患者,于MRI平扫、动态增强扫描晚期分别以并行成像、uCS技术行横断位抑脂T1WI扫描。比较相同平扫参数下并行成像组与uCS组的扫描时间、SNR,以及增强单期扫描时间为70 s时,2组的SNR及图像数量。结果:①平扫,uCS组扫描时间为(42.17±1.03)s,并行成像组为(68.45±1.27)s,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并行成像组与uCS组SNR分别为:165.19±21.74,178.85±27.62,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。②动态增强扫描晚期(单期扫描70 s),扫描范围相同且固定:uCS组SNR(302.17±28.21)高于并行成像组(278.24±15.34)(P<0.05)。uCS组图像数显著多于并行成像组(142 vs. 96)。结论:uCS技术具备乳腺MRI扫描可行性,且扫描效能高于传统并行成像技术。
Objective:To make comparison between united compressed sensing(uCS) and parallel imaging(PI) in breast MRI.Methods:Images of breast MRI of 40 women were recruited,with uCS and PI applied both in plain scan and late phase of dynamic enhanced scan for each case.Comparison between uCS and PI of acquisition time and SNR in plain scan and SNR and image number in late phase of dynamic enhanced scan were made.Results:① In plain scan with the same scanning parameters,the acquisition time of uCS was(42.17±1.03)s,shorter than that of PI of(68.45±1.27)s(P<0.05).And SNR of uCS was 178.85±27.62,had no significant difference with that of PI of 165.19±21.74(P> 0.05).②In late phase of dynamic enhanced scan with the acquisition time of 70 s and the same scan region,SNR of uCS was 302.17±28.21,higher than that of PI of 278.24±15.34(P<0.05).More images could been obtained in uCS than PI(142 vs.96).Conclusion:The technique of u CS can be applied in breast MRi with less acquisition time than PI,image quality of uCS in dynamic enhanced MRI might be improved with more information.
