高水压大直径盾构隧道刀盘配置与刀具更换关键技术 被引量:7

摘要 为系统总结大直径水下盾构刀盘配置与刀具更换先进技术,结合典型的水下大直径盾构隧道施工案例,分析不同地层刀具切削机制,阐述不同高水压复杂地层大直径盾构刀具配置技术。针对江底高水压、强透水、不稳定等特点,介绍常压刀盘刀具更换和带压开舱技术等。最后,提出在建及拟建的大直径盾构隧道工程中需要深入研究及探索的技术难题。 In this paper,the cutting mechanism of shield cutter in different strata is analyzed based on case study of typical large-diameter underwater shield tunnel projects,the cutter configuration technology of large-diameter shield in different complex strata with high water pressure are introduced,and the advanced technologies of shield cutterhead configuration and cutter replacement for underwater large-diameter shield are systematically summarized.And then,based on the characteristics of river bottom,i.e.high water pressure,strong water permeability and instability,the technology of cutter replacement under atmospheric pressure and chamber opening under pressure is introduced.Finally,some technical issues of large-diameter shield tunnel projects under construction and planning which should be deeply studied are put forward.
