摘要
为解决顶管施工穿越含有钢筋等柔性杂物的复杂回填土层时出现的破碎不完全、刀盘缠绕、排渣管道堵塞等问题,首先,分析钢筋的破碎特性和复杂回填土地层的特点,研究贝壳刀切削、破碎机制;其次,针对含有混凝土、石块等硬物质和钢筋等柔性杂物的复杂地层,对顶管机结构进行改进和创新性结构设计;再次,对顶管机渣土排放设备、泥舱结构进行改造设计;最后,采用特殊控制系统和施工工法辅助施工。将该创新技术应用在深圳海斯比顶管工程中,顶管成功穿越了含有大量钢筋等柔性杂物的建筑垃圾回填土层。
Serious problems,i.e.bad crushing effect,cutterhead twined by flexible sundries and mucking pipe blocking,are often encountered during pipe jacking machine boring in complex stratum with steel bar and other flexible sundries.Hence,the crushing characteristics of steel bars and characteristics of complex backfill stratum are analyzed,and the cutting and crushing mechanism of shell knife is studied firstly.And then the structure of pipe jacking machine is improved and innovative structural design is carried out for the complex strata containing hard materials such as concrete and stone and flexible sundry materials such as steel bars.Meanwhile,the mucking equipment of pipe jacking machine and the structure of soil chamber are improved.Finally,special control system and assistant construction methods are adopted.The innovative technology is applied to the Shenzhen Heisby pipe jacking project,which successfully passed through the backfill soil layer containing a large number of flexible sundries such as steel bars.
