摘要
富山县的吧嗒吧嗒茶、岛根县的啵嘚啵嘚茶、冲绳县的哺库哺库茶在日本被称为"三大奇茶",因为其名称、茶具、饮法都有令人称奇之处。三者的共同点是用茶筅击拂茶汤,使之产生泡沫。日语把击拂的动作称为"振",故上述三种奇茶又统称为"振茶",是古老的民间饮茶风俗。上田秋成《清风琐言》(1794年):"今边土风俗,捣茶叶于舂(臼),或揉碎之,烹而用茶筅点服。称之曰泡茶(泡沫茶),亦称振茶,当为上世之遗风。"
Japan has three amazing tea beverages: Batabata tea in Toyama, Botebote tea in Shimane, and Bukubuku Tea in Okinawa. The names, the tea sets especially designed for these tea drinks, and the ways to drink and enjoy are all amazing. The three tea drinks have something in common: the tea must be whisked in a large bowl to make bubbles. For this reason, the three tea beverages are also known as whisked tea. They go back to ancient times.
