摘要 A公司传统模式下的仓储管理面临备库理念落后、仓储管理混杂、物料流转滞后等困境,为此在大智移云背景下构建了智能物流体系:从容量和质量两个角度构建智能仓储模式,实现与采购业务的顺畅接轨;从全局运转的视角优化物流管理工作流程,包括物料智能配送、废料统一回收、成品集中输出,实现了与生产计划的精准匹配。
