摘要
研究提出了一种基于Moldex3D、UG和TracePro的注塑成型光学性能联合仿真技术,验证了其分析的可行性。以液态硅橡胶(LSR)为实验材料,对注塑成型不同结构尺寸LED光学性能影响进行探究,为汽车前照灯和辅灯设计成型提供了参考。
A method of co-simulation of injection molding optical performance based on Moldex3D,UG and TracePro is proposed,which verifies the feasibility of the analysis and provides a reliable guarantee for product design.The effect of liquid silicone rubber(LSR)as an experimental material on the optical performance of injection molding LEDs with different structure sizes is explored,which provides a reference for the design of automotive headlamps and auxiliary lamps.
