摘要
试验探究酵母培养物对泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛产奶量和对饲料消化率的影响。试验选取150头泌乳期奶牛,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组。试验Ⅰ组在基础日粮中添加150 g/(头·d)的酵母培养物,试验Ⅱ组添加150 g/(头·d)的达农威益康XP。结果表明:各组之间的采食量差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ组与试验Ⅱ组的泌乳量较对照组分别提高了3.35%和3.78%(P<0.05);粪筛结果方面,第一层比例对照组升高8.62%,试验Ⅰ组升高1.92%,试验Ⅱ组降低2.85%。结果表明,荷斯坦奶牛补喂酵母培养物可通过提高饲料消化率,进而提高泌乳牛的产奶量。
The experiment explored the effect of yeast culture on milk production and feed digestibility of Holstein cows during lactation. In the experiment, 150 lactating cows were randomly divided into control group, test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅱ. Trial group Ⅰ added 150 g/(head·d) of yeast culture to the basic diet, and experimental group Ⅱ added 150 g/(head·d) of Danon Weikang XP. The results showed that there was no significant difference in feed intake between the groups(P>0.05). The milk production of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased by 3.35% and 3.78% compared with the control group(P<0.05). The control ratio of the first layer increased by 8.62%, the test group Ⅰ increased by 1.92%, and the test group Ⅱ decreased by 2.85%. The results show that supplementing the yeast culture with Holstein cows can increase the milk production of lactating cows by increasing feed digestibility.
