4个紫花苜蓿品种在石河子地区的生产性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 试验通过对石河子地区引进的4个不同紫花苜蓿品种(WL525HQ、WL712HQ、肇东、敖汉)的株高、分枝数及粗蛋白质(CP)、干物质(DM)、干鲜比、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)等指标的测定,对4种紫花苜蓿的生产性能进行评价,以期筛选出适宜石河子以及周边地区种植的苜蓿品种,并为新品种的选育提供参考。结果显示:WL525HQ的平均高度和相对饲喂价值最高,中性洗涤纤维含量最低;WL712HQ的干鲜比和干物质含量最高;肇东的越冬率最高,酸性洗涤纤维含量最低;敖汉的粗蛋白质最高。不同品种不同茬的苜蓿则性能也有所不同,各品种间的生产性能也存在一定的差异。其中通过隶属函数分析得出WL525HQ的隶属函数值为0.574,综合性状最好,但越冬率最低,在该地区引种时还需综合考虑;肇东的隶属函数值为0.489,综合性状较好,且越冬率最高,可优先考虑在该地区种植。结果表明,肇东和敖汉生产性能较好、营养品质优良,适宜在该地区后续生产中进行推广应用。 Through the determination of plant height,branch number and crude protein,dry matter,dry-to-fresh ratio,neutral washing fiber and acid washing fiber of the four kinds of alfalfa(WL525HQ,WL712HQ,Zhaodong,Aohan),the production performance of the four kinds of alfalfa was evaluated.The alfalfa varieties suitable for planting in Shihezi and the surrounding areas were screened out to provided a reference for the selection of new varieties.The results showed that the average height and relative feeding value of WL525HQ were the highest,and the content of neutral washing fiber was the lowest.The overwintering rate of Zhaodong was the highest,and the acid washing fiber content was the lowest.Aohan had the highest crude protein.The performance of alfalfa with different varieties and different crops were also different,and there were some differences in production performance among various varieties.Among them,the membership function value of WL525HQ was 0.574 through the analysis of membership function,which has the best comprehensive traits,but the lowest overwintering rate,which needs to be comprehensively considered when introducing in this area.Zhaodong had a membership function value of 0.489,had better comprehensive traits,and had the highest wintering rate.Planting in the area can be given priority.The domestic varieties Zhaodong and Aohan have good production performance and excellent nutritional quality,and are suitable for popularization and application in subsequent production in the region.
