摘要
当前,高压互感器检定领域普遍采用单台逐一检定的方式组织检定,这种传统检定方法存在检定效率低、检定过程危险系数高、测试系统智能化水平低等问题,且无法适应现有市场需求和智能计量体系建设要求。基于此,本文设计了一种电压互感器批量自动检定装置,实现了单台检定向多台检定的转变,手动接线向自动切换的转变大幅提升了检测效率,进一步确保了检定过程的安全性。
At present, the verification of high voltage transformer is generally organized in the way of single device testing one by one. This traditional verification method has disadvanteges such as low efficiency, high risk in the calibrating process, lowintelligence level to the test system, and cannot satisfying the current market demand and the construction requirements of the intelligent calibration system. Based on this, we developed a multithread voltage transformer automatic testing device, which realizes thecalibration transformation from single device to multiple device and also the transformation from manual wiring to automatic switching. This technology greatly improves the calibration efficiency and further ensures the safety of the calibration process.
