从气虚痰瘀辨证治疗甲状腺结节微波消融术后并发症

Discussion on Treatment of Postoperative Complications in Patients with Thyroid Nodules After Microwave Ablation Based on Syndrome Differentiation of Qi Deficiency with Phlegm and Blood Stasis

因甲状腺疾病患者多为气虚之体,甲状腺疾病多见痰凝血瘀,且甲状腺结节微波消融手术易耗气伤阴,易致血瘀痰凝,故提出从气虚痰瘀辨证治疗甲状腺微波消融术后并发症。认为甲状腺微波消融术后初期正气亏虚,需顾护正气,防治外邪入侵人体致病,应以益气为主;缓解期应以活血化瘀祛痰为主,外加益气之品,以助术后恢复。

Patients with thyroid diseases usually have the physique constitution of qi deficiency,and thyroid diseases usually developed from the pathogenesis of phlegm stagnation and blood stasis.The operation of microwave ablation therapy for the thyroid nodules can easily cause the consumption of qi and yin,which will result into the blood stasis and stagnation of phlegm.By combining the features of the physique constitution of the patients and the sequela of the operation,we proposed that the treatment of the postoperative complications in patients with thyroid nodules after microwave ablation should be based on syndrome differentiation of qi deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis.It is believed that in the initial stage of postoperative patients,the pathogenesis is characterized by insufficiency of healthy qi,the treatment should be focused on supporting healthy qi to prevent the attack of exogenous factors,and the therapy of replenishing qi should be used;in the remission stage of postoperative patients,the treatment should be focused on activating blood to remove stasis and phlegm,and can be assisted by the herbs of replenishing qi,so as to promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
