摘要
针对机械手关节处精密行星减速器行星架组常出现的强度不足、疲劳损伤及其影响减速器寿命等问题。本研究以PM90系列精密行星减速器为例,首先考虑行星架与行星轮轴采用过盈连接,结合该减速器工作原理等建立三维模型并进行受力计算;其次应用ANSYS Workbench软件分析静态特性并确定应力、变形及固有频率的分布情况;再次根据分析结果,使用nCode/design life分析疲劳损伤并作寿命预测;最后对装配该行星架组的减速器进行疲劳寿命试验。结果表明,试验所得结果验证了仿真的正确性,提出的研究分析为行星架组的优化提供了科学的理论依据。
In order to study the problems of insufficient strength,fatigue damage and its influence on the life of planetary reducer planetary frame set at the joint of manipulator.This paper takes the PM90 series precision planetary reducer as an example,the interference connection between planetary frame and planetary wheel axle is considered firstly,and the three-dimensional model is established and the force calculation is carried out based on the working principle.Secondly,the static characteristics are analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software and the distribution of stress,deformation and natural frequency is determined.Thirdly,according to the analysis results,The nCode/design life is used to analyze the fatigue damage and predict the fatigue life.Finally,the fatigue life of the reducer assembled with the planetary frame are tested.The results show that the experiment verifies the correctness of the simulation,and the proposed research provides a scientific theoretical basis for the optimization of the planetary carrier.
