摘要
结构化的工艺知识库是实现智能工艺设计系统的基础。因此,迫切需要对工艺知识进行结构化建模。本研究首先建立了产品信息模型与工艺信息模型,并用系统建模语言Sysml进行了表达。在此基础上,建立了包含工艺路线知识和工艺参数决策知识的工艺知识模型,并提出了与典型产品相关联的工艺模板知识表达模型。本研究开发了面向典型产品的工艺知识建模管理系统,并以某阀体的机加工工艺设计过程为例,对工艺知识建模方法进行了验证。
A structured process knowledge base is the basis of intelligent process design system.Therefore,it is necessary for structural modeling of process knowledge.This research builtthe product information model and process information model,and expressed them with Sysml.On this basis,the article established a process knowledge model including process route knowledge and process parameter decision-making knowledge,also proposed a knowledge representation model of process templates associated with typical products.The research developed a process knowledge modeling management system for typical products,and took the machining process design of a valve body as an example,to verify the process knowledge modeling method.
