挤出沉积成型工艺参数优化研究

Study on Optimization of Extrusion Deposition Process Parameters

摘要 通过挤出沉积成型试验,对骨组织工程支架的成型工艺参数进行研究,以提高同轴骨支架组织工程的成型质量和力学性能。方法:首先采用田口法和方差分析法对打印参数进行了优选,其次分析了工艺参数对成型质量和力学性能的显著性影响,最后通过优选的工艺参数对实验结果进行了预测和分析。结果:结果显示,挤出沉积成型最优参数组合为喷头内外芯直径0.6 mm/1.5 mm,层高1.5 mm,打印速度30 mm/h,内芯材料配比1∶1.5;对骨支架特性影响的显著性由强到弱依次为层高、打印速度、内芯喷头直径和内芯材料配比。结论:验证实验结果表明,成型质量和力学性能实验值的信噪比与预估信噪比非常接近,说明挤出沉积成型工艺参数的优化对骨组织工程支架的成型质量和力学性能的提高是十分有效的。 Objective:Study the molding process parameters of bone tissue engineering scaffolds by extrusion deposition molding test,so as to improve the molding quality and mechanical properties of coaxial bone scaffolds.Methods:firstly,taguchi method and variance analysis method were used to optimize the printing parameters;secondly,the significant influence was analyzed about technological parameters on the molding quality and mechanical properties;finally,the experimental results were predicted and analyzed through the optimized technological parameters.Results:The results show that the optimal combination of extrusion deposition molding parameters are as follows:the diameter of inner and outer core of nozzle is 0.6/1.5 mm,the height is 1.5 mm,the printing speed is 30 mm/h,and the material ratio of inner core was 1∶1.The significant effects on the characteristics of bone scaffolds are as follows:storey height,printing speed,inner core nozzle diameter and inner core material ratio.Conclusion:The experimental results show that the experimental values of molding quality and mechanical properties are very close to the estimated SNR,indicating that the optimization of extrusion deposition molding process parameters is very effective for improving the molding quality and mechanical properties of bone tissue engineering scaffolds.
