摘要
某型号多功能轿运车在举升过程中存在举升吃力、卡顿现象,上平台对前立柱的作用力也较大。为改善举升性能、提高举升效率,采用后推连杆组合式举升机构代替现有的后举升机构,并对两种举升机构进行了运动学分析与有限元分析。结果表明:采用后推连杆组合式举升机构,轿运车举升过程更省力、平顺,并且关键部件的受力得到了改善,需要的油缸推力得到了降低。
The lifting process of a multi-function semi-trailer car transporter is laborious and isn’t smooth.In order to improve the lifting performance and lifting efficiency,the back push rod assembly lifting mechanism is used to replace the existing rear lifting mechanism,and the kinematics analysis and finite element analysis are carried out.The calculation results show that the lifting process of the car transporter is labor-saving and smooth by using the back push rod assembly lifting mechanism,and the stresses of the key components are declined,and the required thrust of the oil cylinder is reduced.
